I. Description: light control industrial projects such as photochromic glass will be introduced, with the production capacity being over RMB 1 billion annually. The Project is located in Fuqing Rongqiao Economic and Technological Development Zone.
II. Construction reasons and conditions: Rongqiao Development Zone is a state-level economic and technological zone approved by the State Council and is dominated by optoelectronic industry. 2、福清平板显示产业项目
一、项目内容、建设规模及选址：引进LCD、OLED液晶面板以及液晶显示上游关键零组件(含背光模组、玻璃基板、偏光板、驱动控制IC等)、上游原材料和LED、OLED新型背光等项目，快速延长、完善、壮大平板显示产业链。项目选址于福清融侨经济技术开发区。
二、项目建设理由和条件：融侨开发区内已形成60多家平板显示产业链配套企业，在产业发展的区位环境、技术条件、产业基础方面拥有明显优势，2010年-2011年先后被国家工信部和科技部评为我国第一批“新型工业化产业示范基地”及“福清国家平板显示高新技术产业化基地”。

2. Fuqing Flat Panel Display Industry Project
I. Description: projects such as LCD and OLED liquid crystal display panel and upstream key components (including backlight module, glass substrate, polarizing plate, drive control IC, etc.) for liquid display, upstream raw materials and LED and OLED new backlight will be introduced to rapidly extend, improve and expand panel display industrial chain. The Project is located in Fuqing Rongqiao Economic and Technological Development Zone.
II. Construction reasons and conditions: more than 60 flat panel display industrial chain supporting enterprises have settled down in the Zone. It has obvious advantages in aspects of regional environment, technical condition and industrial base for industrial development, and has been awarded as the first "New Industrialization Demonstration Base" and "Fuqing National Industrialization Base of High and New Technology of Flat Panel Display" in China by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and Ministry of Science and Technology of P.R.C. successively from 2010 to 2011.

一、项目内容与规模：项目选址在福州经济技术开发区，总建筑面积8000平方米。引进国内外从事集成电路设计企业入驻。
二、项目建设理由与条件：福州市的电子信息产业较发达，电子信息企业众多，有国内最大的显示器生产企业，是国家级显示器件产业园和国内物联网产业发展较快的城市，随着物联网等新的信息技术的发展，IC设计行业将得到进一步的发展，经济效益看好。

3. Integrated Circuit Design Project of Fuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone
I. Description: The project is located in Fuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, covering a total construction area of 8,000 sqm. Enterprises engaged in integrated circuit design from home and abroad will be introduced to the Zone.
II. Construction reasons and conditions: Fuzhou has a relatively developed electronic information industry with a large number of electronic information enterprises, including the largest display producer in China. It also has a state-level display device industrial park and Internet of Things industry under rapid development. With the development of new information technologies such as Internet of Things, IC design industry will be further developed with good economic benefits.

I. Description: A 300,000 sets/a automobile airbag project will be constructed in Qingkou Investment Zone.
II. Construction reasons and conditions: Located in the capital of Fujian Province---Fuzhou City, Qingkou Investment Zone is an important automobile production base in Fujian Province. There are two complete vehicle manufacturers, namely Southeast (Fujian) Automobile Industry Co., Ltd. and Fujian Daimler Automotive Co., Ltd., over 180 supporting manufacturers of Class I and Class II spare and accessory parts and over 20 suppliers of spare and accessory parts for logistics corporations in the zone. The automobile manufacturers and supporting plants have formed a part supply chain. More automobile supporting enterprises are needed currently. The Zone covers an area of 56 km2, of which 15km2 is for industrial purpose. Currently the zone is short of manufacturers of automobile air bags.

9、连江铝深加工项目
一、项目内容、建设规模及选址：拟在连江县铝深加工产业园引进年产10万吨再生铝项目、年产20万吨铝合金大扁锭项目、年产7万吨铝合金轿车车身板项目、年产3万吨涂层铝带材生产线项目、年产5万吨阳极氧化着色铝卷生产线项目、年产1000万平方米铝基PS版生产线。
二、项目建设理由和条件：福州市政府与中国铝业股份公司已在福州市连江县可门经济开发区共同规划建设的铝深加工产业园，占地3000亩，园区的临港且各种服务设施配套齐全。原材料可依托中国铝业股份公司东南基地中铝瑞闽铝板带有限公司，以其铝加工产品(PS板基、铝箔坯料、铝塑带材、铝幕墙板等)为主要原料，并可享受入园企业的优惠价格。

9. Lianjiang Aluminum Deep-processing Project
I. Description: Projects like 100,000 t/a secondary aluminum project, 200,000 t/a aluminum alloy flat ingot, 70,000 t/a aluminum alloy body panel, 30,000 t/a coated aluminum strip production line, 50,000 t/a anodic oxidation coloring aluminum coil production line and 10 million sqm/a aluminum base PS plate production line will be introduced to Aluminum Deep-processing Industrial Park in Lianjiang County
II. Construction reasons and conditions: Fuzhou Municipal Government has signed an agreement with Aluminum Corporation of China Limited regarding joint planning and development of Aluminum Deep-processing Industrial Park in Kemen Economic Development Zone in Lianjiang County. The Park covers an area of 3,000 mu and is near the airport with improved service and supporting facilities. Chinalco Ruimin Co., Ltd., which is the southeast production base of Aluminum Corporation of China Limited will be the raw material supplier for the Park. Main raw material is aluminum processing products (PS plate base, aluminum foil blank, aluminum-plastic strip, and aluminum curtain wall plate) and the price can be as preferable as enterprises settling down in the Park.
III. Preliminary work: The Park is under marine land reclamation and the planning is under modification for improvement.

10、福州航空产业项目
一、项目内容、建设规模及选址：拟依托中航国际通用航空飞机制造等大项目，引进航空维修、制造、零部件、航空设备、整机设计等航空产业配套项目在长乐市临空经济区落户，逐渐发展以内源品牌为主的中小企业群落，形成面向全球产业链的航空制造产业，最终打造包括航空材料、航空零部件、航空设备、整机设计制造等比较完整的产业集群。
二、项目建设理由和条件：福州市政府规划在福州长乐国际机场边建设约170平方公里面积的临空经济区，其中，临空制造业产业带规划范围约39平方公里，拟发展包括航空材料、整机制造、航空零部件制造等产业。福州发展航空制造业有较多优势：福州长乐国际机场作为中国航空干线网中的重要干线机场，是实现海峡两岸“三通”的重要门户，规划到 2040年，年旅客吞吐量将达 5000万人次，货邮吞吐量将达 70万吨，成为区域航空枢纽;正在筹建中的福州航空公司为福州打造航空枢纽港及临空经济区奠定了基础，中国商用飞机有限责任公司的多个股东均在福州市有重大投资项目;正在建设的宝钢集团不锈钢深加工产业园、中国铝业公司铝深加工产业园和中航国际通用航空飞机制造等项目为航空制造业发展提供上、下游市场;福州市机械制造和电子信息在内的支柱产业为发展航空制造业提供了坚实的产业基础。

10. Fuzhou Aviation Industry Project
I. Description: It is planned to introduce aviation industry supporting projects into Changle Linkong Economic Zone such as aviation maintenance, production, spare parts, aeronautical facility and complete machine design by relying on major projects such as AICC international general aviation aircraft manufacturing so as to develop home brand-oriented small and medium-sized enterprises gradually and form aviation manufacturing industry catering to global industrial chain, thus develop complete industrial cluster concerning aeronautical material, spare parts, equipment and complete machine design and manufacturing.
II. Construction reasons and conditions: Fuzhou Municipal Government plans to construct Linkong Economic Zone with an area of 170 square kilometers near the Fuzhou Changle International Airport. The Linkong manufacturing industrial belt covers an area of 39 square kilometers and industries such as aeronautical material, complete machine manufacturing, aeronautical spare parts manufacturing are planned to be developed. Fuzhou enjoys several advantages for the development of aeronautical manufacturing: (i) Fuzhou Changle International Airport is an important air link in China's aviation network and is a key gateway for Cross-Straits "Three Exchanges". It is planned that in 2040, the annual passenger throughput will be 50 million man-times and the goods and mail throughput will reach 700,000 tons, making the Airport a regional hub airport; (ii) Fuzhou Airlines Co., Ltd. under preparation will lay a solid foundation for the construction of hub airport and airport economic zone; (iii) many shareholders of the Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China Limited have key investment projects in Fuzhou; (iv) Stainless Steel Deep Processing Industrial Park of Baosteel group, Aluminum Deep Processing Industrial Park of Aluminum Corporation of China and general aviation aircraft manufacturing project of CATIC International, which are under construction will provide downstream and upstream markets for the development of aeronautical manufacturing; and (v) pillar industries including mechanical manufacturing and electronic information industry in Fuzhou will provide a solid industry foundation for the development of aeronautical manufacturing.

11、莆田木材和人造板深加工项目
一、项目选址：莆田秀屿国家级木材贸易加工示范区。
二、项目建设内容及规模：建设装饰单板贴面人造板(含天然木质装饰单板贴面人造板)生产线、三聚氰胺浸渍纸贴面人造板生产线;开发生产高附加值的高档细木工板、高档集成材、指接拼板产品，开发生产低碳胶合板等人造板产品，年产5000立方米以上。

I. Project site: Xiuyu National Processing Demonstration Area for Timber Trade in Putian

Description: construction of decorative veneered wood-based panel (including decorative veneered wood-based panel made of natural wood) production line and melamine impregnated paper-based panel production line; development and production of high value-added high-grade core-board, glue-laminated panel and FJL panel; development and production of wood-based panel products including low carbon plywood with an annual output of over 5,000 m3.
III. Construction reasons and conditions: the National Wood Processing Area in Putian is close to ports and is connected to Xiangtang-Putain Railway with convenient transportation. Currently, over 7,000 mu of land has been developed and water, electricity, road, communication and water discharge are ready. The land has been leveled, and hardening, lighting, purification and landscaping meet relevant requirements. Other facilities including exhibition trade center (e-commerce platform), 110kv substation, water pipeline network with daily supply capacity of 20,000 tons, waste water lift pump station and firefighting station are in place. I. Description: the Project is located in the southeast corner of Shishi City, crossing Xiangzhi Town and Hongshan Town, neighboring Taiwan Straits. This Project is Marine Biotechnological Industrial Park under key planning of Shishi Municipal Government in 2012 and is listed the first batch of Fujian provincial marine industrial demonstration zones. The planning area of the Park will be 9.7 km2.
II. Construction reasons and conditions: a complete marine biological industrial chain has been formed in Shishi. Shishi has nearly 90 aquatic product processors, including 5 provincial aquatic product processing leading companies and 3 aquatic product processors with EU registrations. 一、项目内容、建设规模及选址：选址于泉港石化园区南山片区，占地50亩左右。以石化园区规划的万吨/年顺酐为原料，推荐不饱和二元酸二元醇或饱和二元酸不饱和二元醇缩聚合成生产技术，生产10万吨/年不饱和聚酯树脂。
二、项目建设的理由和条件：目前，国内不饱和聚酯树脂生产厂家产品品种单一，产品质量稳定性差，无法满足众多非通用性树脂用户的需求，因此，进口不饱和聚酯树脂呈逐年递增趋势且增幅较大。国内不饱和聚酯树脂缺口较大，先进的生产工艺装置和具有经济规模的装置较少，因此，国内建设具有经济规模的生产装置，生产产品质量高，生产成本相对低的产品来满足市场是有必要的。

13. Quangang 100,000 t/a Unsaturated Polyester Resin Project
I. Description: the Project is located in Nanshan District of Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park with a planning area of about 50 mu. With maleic anhydride produced in the Petrochemical Park as raw material, unsaturated dibasic acid and glycol or saturated dibasic acid and unsaturated glycol polycondensation and synthetic technology is recommended to produce unsaturated resin with annual output of 100,000 tons.
II. Construction reasons and conditions: currently, unsaturated polyester resin producers in China only produce several types of products with poor quality stability, failing to meet the demand of unusual resin consumers. As a result, the importation of unsaturated polyester resin increases year by year at a dramatic pace. Although there is a great gap in unsaturated polyester resin, domestic producers lack advanced production technology and large plants. As a result, it is necessary to manufacture production plants, improve the quality of products and reduce production cost.

Main raw materials include acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene. 100,000 t/a butadiene project and 500,000 t/a styrene project are planned in the PARK and acrylonitrile can be outsourced. Blending and grafting methods are recommended.
II. Construction reasons and conditions: ABS is one of thermal engineering plastic with good performance and is odorless and nontoxic, with high impact strength and surface hardness. It has higher distortion temperature than polystyrene and polyvinyl chloride. With phenol-acetone produced by the 300,000 t/a phenol-acetone project as the raw material, ion-exchange resin method is recommended to produce bisphenol A with annual output of 200,000 t/a.
II. Construction reasons and conditions: bisphenol A is mainly used for producing high polymer materials and is widely used in producing fine chemicals, heat stabilizer for polyvinyl chloride, rubber antioxidant, fire retardant, paint and ink antioxidant, plasticizer, ultraviolet light absorber, pesticides, etc. Currently, bisphenol A production plants are small in size in China and it is expected that in 2015, the output capacity of bisphenol A will reach 600,000 t/a, which fails to meet the strong demand of molycarbonate and epoxy resin producers in terms of quantity and quality. Large quantities of bisphenol A imported each year and the average growth in import in recent years is over 20%.

二、项目建设的理由和条件：聚醚又称聚乙二醇醚，是目前销售量最大的一种合成油。可做作低泡沫洗涤剂或消泡剂，药物赋形剂和乳化剂、可用于织物的染色、在乳状液涂料中作分散剂、原油破乳剂、造纸助剂，还用于金属加工净洗、纸浆和造纸工业、纺织品加工、水质处理;也用作漂清助剂。随着今后几年我国聚氨酯的快速增长，到2015年国内聚醚需求量将达到约225万吨左右，2020年国内聚醚需求量将达到约275万吨左右。

16. Quangang 200,000 t/a Polyether Project
I. Description: it is planned to build the Project in Nanshan District of Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park with a planning area of 80 mu. The planned annual capacity of polyether is 200,000 t/a and the main raw material is EO, PO and THF. The EO and PO can be directly supplied from the Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park. The THF is planned to be out-purchased in the current phase. A THF project of 46,000 t/a has been planned in the future. It is suggested to use KOH catalyze process or DMC catalyze process of double(multi) metal cyanide complex.
II. Construction reasons and conditions: polyether (also known as polyglycol ether) is a kind of synthetic oil with largest sales at present. The polyether can be used as low-foam detergent or defoamer, drug excipient and emulgator or serve as dispersant in lactescence, petroleum demulsifier, papermaking additive, or rinsing agent for textile dyeing, detergent washing in metal processing, pulp and papermaking industry, textile processing, water conditioning, etc. With the rapid growth of polyurethane (PU) of China in the coming years, it is estimated that the domestic PU demand will be about 2.25 million tons in 2015 and 2.75 million tons in 2020.

17. Quangang 20t/a Modified Asphalt Project
I. Description: the Project is located in Nanshan District of Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park with a planning area of 30 mu. Taking the matrix asphalt from Joint Refining and the SBS modifier and stabilizer provided by the Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park, it is suggested to adopt modified asphalt process with latex. The production process for 20t/a modified asphalt may be: a) injecting hot asphalt and latex in the center and periphery of kettle at the same time or b) directly injecting hot asphalt and latex in the production process of asphalt mixture and mixing them uniformly.
II. Construction reasons and conditions: with the rapid development of expressway construction in China in recent years, the modified asphalt has been widely applied in such pavements as expressway, arterial street, steel bridge deck, cement concrete bridge deck, racing track, airfield runway, air port taxiway, container pool, large full car park, etc., featured by heavy traffic volume, high load and complex structure, therefore enjoying a large market prospect.

I. Description: it is planned to build the Project in Nanshan District of Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park with a planning area of about 100 mu. It is planned to produce 46,000 t/a tetrahydrofuran with material of 60,000 t/a 1,4-butanediol as the Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park planned with the processes of Reppe method, butadiene/acetic acid process and furfural method.
II. Reasons and conditions: the tetrahydrofuran is widely applied for synthetic resin and natural resin processing and manufacturing of anticorrosive paint, printing ink, extraction agent, surface treating agent of artificial leather, etc. Besides, it can be used for producing PTMEG and COPE. The THF consumption in China during 2005-2009 was prosperous, in which, the PTMEG consumption took up about 85% of THF total consumption. It is estimated that the consumption in 2014 will be increased to 144,000 tons with an annual growth rate of 7.1%.

I. Project name: Quangang 300,000t/a phenol-acetone project
II. Description: it is planned to build the Project in Nanshan District of Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park with a planning area of 120 mu. It is planned to produce 300,000 t/a phenol-acetone with such raw material as benzene and propylene directly supplied from Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park with the suggested cumene process.
III. Reasons and conditions: the acetone is mainly used in producing methyl methacrylate, bisphenol A, methyl isobutyl ketone, cellulose aceate flake, plastic and paint solvent as well as petroleum-refined dewaxing solvent. In medicine, it can also be used as the extraction agent for various vitamins and hormonal. Besides, it can serve as the raw material of other synthetic material. It is estimated that the global demand of acetone in the coming years will be increased by 3.6% per year. The global acetone consumption in 2017 is estimated to be 7.68 million tons in 2017. The development of acetone cyanohydrin method MMA, bisphenol A and coat in China also drives the ever-increasing development of acetone consumption.

21. Quangang 500,000 t/a methanol to olefin Project
I. Description: the Project is located in Nanshan District of Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park with a planning area of 350 mu. It is planned to produce 500,000 t/a methanol to olefin (MTO) with the raw material of methyl alcohol and suggested UOP/Hydro, ExxonMobil technology as well as Lurgi MTP process. In all suggested processes, the methyl alcohol is reacted in the fluidized bed reactor to generate ethylene, propylene and light fuel oil after isolation and purification.
II. Reasons and conditions: based on prominent port-surrounding transport advantage of Quangang, it is planned to purchase methyl alcohol as raw material. Furthermore, to eliminate diversified olefin material resource, the olefin material like ethylene and propylene can be provided to the downstream projects in the Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park with various olefin production processes.
III. Analysis of expected economic benefits: the annual output value will be RMB 6.08 billion and the revenue will be RMB 300 million upon commissioning.

I. Description: it is planned to build the Project in Nanshan District of Park with a planning area of 300 mu. The Project is planned to take the propylene as material and adopt Oleflex process from UOP Company (globally, 10/14 device adopts Oleflex process of UOP Company). Other alternatives include Catofin process from Lummus-Houdry Company, STAR process from Krupp Uhdewcng Company and PDH process co-developed by Linde-BASF-Statoil for the production of 500,000/a PDH.
II. Reasons and conditions: based on prominent port-surrounding transport advantage of Quangang, it is planned to purchase dimethylmethane as raw material. Furthermore, to eliminate diversified olefin material resource, the propylene material can be provided to the downstream projects in the Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park so as to further extend the ,petrochemical industrial chain.

一、项目内容、建设规模及选址：选址于泉港石化园区南山片区，用地30亩左右。以园区可供应纯度为99.8%的2.5万吨/年正丁烷为原料，建设4万吨/年顺酐项目。推荐正丁烷氧化法，原料价格低廉，技术工艺成熟。
二、项目建设的理由和条件：顺丁烯二酸酐又名马来酸酐,简称顺酐，是目前仅次于苯酐和醋酐的第三大酸酐，主要用于生产不饱和聚酯树脂(UPR)、醇酸树脂。此外，还可用于生产1,4-丁二醇(BDO)、四氢呋喃(THF)、马来酸、富马酸等一系列重要的化工产品，在农药、医药、涂料、油墨、润滑油添加剂、造纸化学品、纺织品整理剂、食品添加剂以及表面活性剂等领域具有广泛的应用。
三、项目经济效益分析：投产后预计产值6.5亿元，税收0.3亿元。

I. Description: it is planned to build the Project in Nanshan District of Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park with a planning area of about 30 mu. It is planned to build the 40,000t/a maleic anhydride project with the 99.8% 25,000 t/a n-butane in the Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park. It is suggested to adopt n-butane oxidation method with low-cost material and mature process.
II. Reasons and conditions: the cis-butenedioic anhydride (also known as maleic anhydride, MA) is the third largest anhydride followed after phthaic anhydride and acetic anhydride, which is mainly used for producing unsaturated polyester resin (UPR) and alkyd resin. In addition, it can also be applied in producing such important chemical products as 1,4-butanediol(BDO), tetrahydrofuran (THF), maleic acid, fumaric acid, etc. Other common application areas include pesticide, medicine, coat, ink, lubricant additive, paper chemical, textile finishing agent, food addictive and surfactant, etc.

24. Quangang 5,000 t/a ethylidene norbornene project
I. Description: the Project is located in Nanshan District of Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park with a planning area of 20 mu. It is planned to produce 5,000t/a ethylidene norbornene (ENB) with the material of C5, 25,000 t pentadiene, 25,000 t dicyclopentadiene, 70,000 t raffinate C5 with the suggested process of Diels-Alder reaction method.
II. Reasons and conditions: the ethylidene norbornene (5-ethidine2-norbornene) is the excellent third monomer of ethylene-propylene-diene monomer (EPDM), the (ethidene) EPDM resin produced from which is featured by quick curing speed and excellent copolymer performance. Currently, most ethylidene norbornene in China is exported with a demand of over 10,000 t.

一、项目内容、建设规模及选址：选址于泉港石化园区南山片区，用地50亩。以园区规划的8万吨/年高纯丙烯酸为原料，可选择对苯磺酸为催化剂的连续反应、硫酸为催化剂的间歇生产和连续酯化法等工艺技术，建设7.5万吨/丙烯酸酯。
二、项目建设的理由和条件：以丙烯酸及其酯制得的高聚物具有优良的耐候、耐紫外光、耐水、耐热等特性，因而，在涂料、粘合剂、皮革、化纤、造纸、印染、助剂等方面有广泛的应用。另外，丙烯酸及其酯在功能性树脂的生产中也是重要的原料。未来我国华南、华中和西南地区的丙烯酸酯仍将处于供不应求状态，仍将存在较大的市场缺口。目前，国内丙烯酸酯消费量将保持5.6%的增长率，预计到2014年丙烯酸酯消费量达到105.1万吨。

It is planned to produce 75,000t/a acrylate with the material of 80,000 t/a high-purity crylic acid provided by the Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park by such processes as continuous reaction with benzenesulfonic acid as catalyst, batch production with vitriol as catalyst and continuous esterification method, etc.

Reasons and conditions: the high polymer produced from crylic acid and its ester is characterized by excellent weather-proof, UV-light resistant, water-proof and heat-resisting features and is widely applied in such fields as coat, adhesive, leather, chemical fiber, papermaking, printing and dyeing, etc. In addition, the crylic acid and its ester is also an important material in the production of functional resin. In the future, the crylic acid in the southern part, central part and southwest part of China is still in short supply and faces a large market gap. Currently, the crylic acid consumption keeps a growth rate of 5.6% and its consumption in 2014 is estimated to be 1.051 million tons.

Description: it is planned to build the Project in Xiayang Town of Yongchun County to produce methyl alcohol, inorganic fiber, glass ceramic for architectural decoration and main material of aluminumsilicate based cementitious material with discarded gangue resource and to extract high-value products like aluminum oxide with gangue calcining process.
II. Reasons and conditions: the Project is conveniently located at the 3 km from the Quansan Expressway (Quanzhou-Sanming Expressway) exit/entrance near the Sanjiao (Sanming-Jiaowei) Provincial Line. This area has rich gangue resource with an annual output about 2 million tons. The recent availability is about over 40 million tons.

30. Research Industrial Base for Multi-metal Composite Conductor in Shanghang County
I. Description: It is planned to develop such production lines as for bimetal fine composite conductor (20), bimetal composite conductor (20) and multi-metal composite conductor (60), achieving 54,000 tons of multi-metal composite conductor of different specifications per year.
II. Reasons and conditions: The Project will adopt the proprietary technology of multi-metal composite conductor owned by Dalian Changxing, which will effectively integrate multiple metal resources to give play to complementary advantages of bimetal composite conductor while reducing consumption of rare resource, wire weight in unit length and production cost. The Project has obtained more than 15 propriety technologies in regard to metal composite conductor.

I. Description: Once completed, an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons of high-performance NdFeB permanent magnet material will be realized through powder metallurgic (sintering) method.
II. Reasons and conditions: NdFeB permanent magnet material has now become the most important metallic material as the total demand gap in China reaching 9,400 tons/year. Sanming is endowed with abundant rare earth resources, among which ionic REO reserves reach 2 million tons, accounting for 50% of that of Fujian Province.

I. Description: to realize an annual production capacity of 110,000 tons of deep-processed graphite products, 15,000 tons of deep-processed spherical graphite, 60,000 tons of carburant, 20,000 tons of high purity graphite,
15,000 tons of negative electrode materials of lithium battery, 60 tons of carbon fiber, 600 tons of high thermal conductive blocky graphite, 400 tons of high thermal conductive flexible graphite and 1,000 tons of nuclear graphite.
II. Reasons and conditions: Yong'an boasts abundant graphite resources. As increasing importance of graphite in aviation area, it's very significant for industrial chain extension to develop such downstream end products as refined micro graphite powder, aquadag serial products, arc carbon rod and graphitized electrode on the basis of existing graphite production line.

I. Description: It is planned to realize an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons of bamboo fiber and develop supporting production lines for terminal products including weaving cloth, clothes and shoes.
II. Reasons and conditions: Bamboo fiber boasts good air permeability, instantaneous water absorption, strong wear resistance and good dyeability. Besides, it also has functions like natural antibacterial effect, anti-acarid, deodorization and UV resistance. Youxi County is endowed with rich bamboo resources. With a bamboo area of 650,000 mu, the annual production capacity of 5,000 tons of bamboo fiber will be realized.

II. Construction reasons and conditions: Situated in the center of Chong'an--Shicheng deep seated fault zone, Taining County is an important gold metallogenic area in Fujian Province. By now, the detected metal content here has reached 40 tons, with 1 mining enterprise registered. Tailings of gold mine can be used to produce brick and other materials with function of thermal insulation, heat insulation and sound insulation.
