序言

　　为进一步提升对外经济合作的层次和水平，推进福建经济建设和社会发展，帮助投资方了解福建产业发展方向和有关外商投资政策，现推出2014年福建省重点招商项目111项，总投资2479亿元。其中：工业项目41项，总投资869亿元;农业项目19项，总投资120亿元;服务业项目28项，总投资793亿元;基础设施项目23项，总投资697亿元。这些项目符合国家产业政策导向，具有较好的产业基础和资源优势，突出福建省产业结构调整和优化发展的重点领域，前期工作已达一定深度，承办单位落实，预期投资收益较好。

Preface

　　To further elevate the level and standard of foreign economic cooperation, promote economic construction and social development of Fujian Province and help investors to understand the direction of industrial development and relevant foreign investment policies, 111 key provincial projects are proposed in 2014, with a total investment of RMB 247.9 billion. These projects include 41 industrial projects with a total investment of RMB 86.9 billion, 19 agricultural projects with a total investment of RMB 12 billion, 28 service projects with a total investment of RMB 79.3 billion and 23 infrastructure projects with a total investment of RMB 69.7 billion. These projects are in line with the orientation of national industry policies with strong industrial base and distinct resource advantages and highlight key areas in industrial structural adjustment and optimized development of Fujian Province. Preliminary work has been carried out to a certain extent, undertaking units have been selected and the expected investment returns are satisfying.
